Ron Jayson Buenafe (born May 25, 1983), better known as Ronjay Buenafe, is a Filipino professional basketball player who currently plays for the Rain or Shine Elasto Painters in the Philippine Basketball Association. He had a successful rookie season earning All-Rookie first-five for the 2007-08 campaign. The former Emilio Aguinaldo College standout had a steady sophomore season with the Tigers after averaging 11.1 points per game, almost duplicating his 11.2 average in his rookie year with Coke. He played 32 games and started four times during the season with the Tigers and contributed 2.8 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game.
